We are ideally situated from the seaside town of Criccieth, 5 miles from the harbour town of Porthmadog and 2 miles from the beautiful Cwm Pennant valley. Excellent touring location for Snowdonia, Lleyn Peninsula and Caernarfon/Anglesey

The farmhouse contains 1 Double En-suite (a Chair bed can be made for a child), 1 Superking En-suite (a put me up bed can be made for a child) and 1 Single/Small Compact Double En-suite room.

All rooms are fully equipped with TV, tea/coffee facilities, fresh milk and cakes on arrival, hair-dryer, towels, bathroom robes, radio alarm clock, free Wi-Fi.

Ffion also has a basket of local information walking books, maps, coastal maps and Snowdon route maps for you to lend. Also dry your coats and boots if you've been caught in the rain during the day. Plus a fridge you can use to keep your milk and wine, etc...

Relax in our comfortable beamed lounge with a traditional fireplace, including a TV/freeview with DVD player, and enjoy a generous hearty breakfast made from local produce on our Denby tableware in our dining room, on separate tables.
