A Merry Little Oakfest

A Merry Little OakfestOne of the important things to remember about Christmas is that you have to enjoy it. It’s all well and good speeding around everywhere, surveying turkey crowns and grabbing that last minute shopping. But you have to remind yourself that it’s a celebration and you have to get jolly!

So put that shopping list down and stop frantically searching Amazon, there’s plenty of fun activities in Snowdon store for you in Betws-y-Coed on the 14th of December to help you forget about all of those stresses that come with the Christmas season.

A grand old knees-up caters for you at this superb yuletide event hosted by Stables Bar: one of the best places for all your bistro needs in North Wales. Renowned for their delectable range of food, the organisers of this event (The Royal Oak Hotel) are offering you a merry little oakfest.

Carol Singers are always welcome during this Christmas season and they aren’t missing here with them and several other fantastic groups taking part in a micro festival which celebrates all things acoustics. Local favourites and amateurs are all set to take to the stage and maybe even you could after one glass of mulled wine too many!

Never tried a glass of mulled wine? Although an acquired taste, the drink is as Christmassy as they come and this could be the perfect opportunity for your first sip.  This deliciously warm tipple is sure to ward off any winter freeze and is accompanied perfectly by a gorgeous mince pie, all readily available to you at this great event.

If you still have enough room left or aren’t tuckered out from all the festive fun then you can tuck into the fabulous hog roast that Stables specialise in. One of the best meals you’ll find in North Wales, this roast is going to be a pre-Christmas delight.

An event suitable for all, make sure you and your family attend this celebration of Christmas cheer.
